Dr. Brodie was born in Findlay, Ohio and his family moved to Indiana when he was 8 years old. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in biology/genetics. Dr. Brodie was born in Findlay, Ohio and his family moved to Indiana when he was 8 years old. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in biology/genetics. He then graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry in May of 1994. He started practicing in Maumee, Ohio upon graduation. He has worked in almost every type of optometric practice setting in Toledo and Perrysburg, but his true passion is practicing as an independent optometrist. His main practice is located at 5655 Monclova Road in Maumee, Ohio and he has a small part-time practice in Woodville, Ohio. He examines patients of all ages, and he likes to help patients that are struggling in performing in life or at school/work due to various sensory issues.
He met the love of his life at Ball State and has been married to Lori since August of 1989. They have 3 awesome children - Nick, Abby, and Joe. He is a huge fan of Elvis, Bob Seger, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and especially THE Ohio State Buckeyes.

Jessica has been a Certified ophthalmic assistant since 2014 and has worked with Dr. Brodie since graduating with a certification in ophthalmology from Mercy College May of 2014. Jessica has been with her husband Dustin for 5 years and she has a 7 year old daughter named Leah and a 6 year old German shepherd. She enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and riding motorcycles.

I have worked for Dr. Brodie since 2017 and in the eye field for 16 years with an experience in Neuro-Ophthalmology. I have 2 children, 4 dogs and live in Perrysburg. I am an avid sports fan, especially enjoy watching hockey. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and being at the beach.
